On the way up to Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park. You gotta be so quick when it comes to taking shots during a sunset. Light changes every second. Especially with mountains against the horizon. If it ain't manual, then it's not reliable. 💪🤙🤓

A closer look from Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park during the sunset. I truly cannot explain the feeling exiting the car reaching a long climb up the mountain at Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park. Walking towards the viewpoint, following down some steps, all I could say out loud was, "Oh my God! Oh my God!" The view from Half Dome (left) and Vernal Falls (center) with the earth on its axis, the sun setting in the west giving off its purple, orange misty hue against the snow capped Sierra Nevada Mountain range, and the sound of waterfalls below making its way above, cannot be matched for anywhere I have ever visited in my life on this two week road trip. I have replayed that moment over and over again in my head so I can't ever forget it. This is a pleasure to have shared my personal experience with all of you, because if it weren't for you guys, it wouldn't have pushed me to shoot, explore, and be creative. Thank you so, so much. I really do mean it.

Here in this shot, I truly cannot explain the feeling exiting the car reaching a long climb up the mountain at Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park. Walking towards the viewpoint, following down some steps, all I could say out loud was, "Oh my God! Oh my God!" The view from Half Dome (right center) and Vernal Falls (right) with the earth on its axis, the sun setting in the west giving off its purple, orange misty hue against the snow capped Sierra Nevada Mountain range, and the sound of waterfalls below making its way above, cannot be matched for anywhere I have ever visited in my life on this two week road trip. I have replayed that moment over and over again in my head so I can't ever forget it. Taking back steps of sanity
Closing my eyes without knowing where it'll be
Melting feelings away like a boiling waterfall
Gravity pushing us further apart
.
Breathe
.
Separation has left my mind frozen
I cannot stop
An emotional fire beneath my heart
Escaping this bad dream
A faiths reincarnation full of hope
Come back quickly
.
Breathe
.
Walls collide like shattered pieces of glass
Paralyzed against my will
Breathe
Pupils dilated with no return
Breathe
I cannot allow a distinguished flame
I'll find you again
.
Breathe...

Description: This original song I wrote to remember a fallen member of my life. I will always remember you. ❤️
This shot was taken in Shenandoah National Park on one of the most beautiful times I visited with the fog thick, and heavy. Nothing can make that moment more memorable from the sound of silence.
