Walking in the city of Chicago on my last night visiting, I was taking pictures of the city and while I was on the North Bridge, I saw this man (homeless) trying to make a buck blowing bubbles. I asked him if I was able to take some portraits of him and offered six bucks for the time. He agreed, and I handed him his money. He asked with a grin, "Do you have makeup in that bag for me?" I then said, "Nope, not today. I forgot to bring it for you and I to get pretty." We both laughed. We then assumed position and he started to wave bubbles in the air as I shot away. Here in this shot, I asked to have him sit down so I can take a portrait. After I was done he said, "You can always come back and take pictures of me." I then said, "Most definitely man, thank you for letting me take pictures of you!" Shook his hand and we went about our ways.
This is a man that lost his home, family, and just trying to make it. His name is Al who lives in the city of Chicago, Illinois
