Ever feel like closing your eyes is the way to find peace?
Floating up and down
Above the mountain tops
Examining life below
Flying like an eagle with its wings gliding against your fingertips
Electricity in a stand still away from silence
Vibrating back and forth controlled by meditation
A cool aura surrounding your soul
Vibrating chimes against the soothing air
Cherry blossoms whispering from the subtle spring breeze
Its pedals catching God's hand
Dusting this small road
Paving the way to go
My body left behind
Waves erasing pain with peace

Description: An original poem I wrote about finding peace with meditation, and letting go.
.
I shot this on my last trip to Shenandoah last October, and I wanted to try something different with my editing, and combine colors with layering techniques to achieve this effect into HDR in @photoshop .
Hope everyone has a great weekend! ☺️❤️☺️
Stare Out The Window
Waiting on the train
Staring out the window
Imagining day dreaming
Dressing our foot prints in the sand
Waves push the ocean over paths we've traveled
It's where we are supposed to be
Feelings so high we cannot let be free
I want to run away with her today
I want to hold and protect you on delay
Sometimes my heart will be shaking
Gathering our love to be glee
Forever
Wake me up
I never want to close my eyes without you
Wake me up
So much to take for granted
Forget it
We'll start a new beginning without it
Run away
Run away
Happiness, the only thing for you to become yourself again
I had enough time to believe
As my heart beats on its sleeve
For later and everything, I want to give

Bridges
Bridges
__________
Stories moved by this dusty road
Paved by maple leaves once above
Extending their reach to the sun
Allowing us to run further
Closer to find ourselves distanced by illusions
Reflecting light against opening doors
Whispering violently
Pushing doors
With waves this vast ocean spoke of
Greater Visions beneath the horizon
Against valleys of separation
Joyous to know there's peace
Between bridges that led us nowhere
But home

Description: An original poem I wrote today, to go along with these shots from the other day in the snow, taking some time away from the house... down the street actually to enjoy the snow flakes past me by, with birds chirping in the background while the loud humans are tucked away in their beds watching Netflix. I did not edit this shot. All settings were directly set on camera. Even the snow created a soft effect on my polarizer filter
A Time When My Words Floated Softly In The Fog
Love
A time when my words floated softly in the fog
Searching for the one thinking how it would feel to kiss you
You then came here to lay with me
Holding my hand
Dreaming together
Sketching our thoughts with electricity
Waves fast forwarding time
As your mind wanders like a brush with endless pallets of color
Doorways to scenes of our first kiss
The love of nirvana in your eyes
Finding ways into my heart
Stumbling
Into my eyes
Stumbling
Into my heart
Your eyes closed
My finger tips traveling on your soft skin
Raised hair from static in the air
Fluttering our hearts like butterflies skipping through the wind
On this mountain of solitude and strength
Protecting you with every second in my arms
To never go a day without you

Latest post from today's weather out in the snow taking some time away from the house... down the street actually to enjoy the snow flakes past me by, with birds chirping in the background while the loud humans are tucked away in their beds watching Netflix. I did not edit this shot. All settings were directly set on camera. Even the snow created a soft effect on my polarizer filter from Hoya Filter USA with my Canon 7D
